This site has been created because I had a problem selling secnd hand equipment. I found that Ebay was to unrilable or expencive. So I started my own site.

• Its cheaper (Ebay = £178 www.secondhand-chairs and tables.co.uk = £50) see example bellow
  The advert last until the furniture unit is sold
• I email every marquee contractor, catering hire company and indervidual (via an opt in list) once a week with updated about the site.
• Listed Number 1 on Google with aprox 100 NEW visitors a day looking for secondhand furniture.
  
• In my experience you will get more money for your tables and chairs
  
• Customers can speak / email you.
  
• Customers have time to see chairs or tables before buying.
  
• Would YOU buy a tables or chairs off Ebay!! If a listing lasts 7 days it give no time for a potential customer to find the advert, talk to you, then come and look at the furniture, arrange finance. Most people will only bid a very very low price for anything that they have not seen.

We find the site easy to use and unrivalled as a means of finding good quality, second-hand tents and furniture. We recently advertised a toilet unit for sale and were amazed at the number of calls we had through the site – having originally thought there would not be a buyer for the unit we actually sold it in a couple of days.
